CORONATION KITE BOARDS

If you are looking for a new board, or just starting out, you can’t go past the CORONATION range without giving it serious consideration.

Hand made in small series by craftsmen using quality materials achieving a great finish.

The basic concept is that a laminated wood core, taken from snowboard construction, will give a more responsive ride than any traditional PVC foam core. By using a wood core, less glass is required to achieve strength. At the same time a flex pattern can be built into the board without compromising durability.

All Coronation boards are made with a laminated wood core, rounded and tapered ABS rails and stainless steel inserts.

CARBON PRO

As the name suggests, Carbon Pro is the professional range, though you don’t have to be a professional rider to appreciate the riding characteristics of these boards. Made with a laminated wood core, and HEREX in non critical sections, for a light weight. The rocker line is progressive, which means the curvature increases towards the tips. Single concave bottom, multiple offset foot strap positions, carbon fiber laminate and clear protective layer over the graphics. This is a stylish board with moderate flex which promotes an aggressive riding style through its lively character. A board that feels like it adapts to your progression in kiting ability.

SUPER FLEX

As before, the name says it all, a super flexible board, without feeling soft and spongy, a too flexy board can actually develop too much rocker and become quite slow. Made with a laminated wood core, single concave, constant rocker, fiber glass laminate and 3 D tails on the Soul ATV and Fakie boards. The Super flex range instantly gives you a feel of familiarity, it’s the board that makes riding easy, a totally balanced feel, and superb upwind tracking, make these boards an all round favourite.

BIG MAMA S

A light wind alternative, described by some as a door design, which means, square outline, with fairly straight rails. Made in CARBON PRO construction, this board has a flat bottom and constant rocker line, rocker is the least of all the boards which means it gets going in minimal wind. This board is quite agile for its size, and lets you practice tricks in light wind conditions. Try new moves without getting spanked, or just cruise around on flat water on those marginal days.
